Over the last two years with the pandemic the world has changed with how many of us work, shop, socialize and workout! And as we try to get back to some normalcy there are some changes that we will either stay with or mesh with our lives from here forward. One of the changes…REMOTE TRAINING!
The COVID-19 pandemic increased the popularity of online or REMOTE TRAINING but you may be asking “what is remote training exactly”, “how does remote training work “, “can it work for me”?
I have been working in physical therapy for 25+ years and started training clients in my private fitness studio since 2010 and I quickly found that I only had a set number of available time slots for clients. The answer was to train a few people remote, in person and hybrid. During the time when Covid-19 was starting I closed my fitness studio. Working over 25 years in Physical Therapy and still do. I listened to many patients on their reluctancy to return to the gym and the desire to do more exercise at home. The ones who wanted to return to the gym also was looking for ways to reduce the amount spent going to the gym and having the one on one trainer. The answer Remote Training!
Remote training is the most cost effective approach to personal training that gives you the flexibility to train anywhere you want be it at the gym, your home, when traveling and even outside with myself your personal trainer by your side building and designing the works you need. Through our dedicated app you will have access to videos of the exercise for proper technique, your workout logs and direct messaging within the app to myself for your questions and concerns.
All walks of life and all fitness levels could utilize remote training. Many people want the guidance of a personal trainer but don’t want to spend the amount of money it would cost per week to have a one on one trainer. This is a great option for people who want to workout at home rather than being in a gym as they have a ”real” personal trainer who is writing they workouts and monitoring them.
