Working in Physical Therapy at Southern Tier Physical Therapy of Binghamton for 26 years, I quickly became specialized in core stability. My forte has always been working with patients who needed core strengthening. I am skilled and knowledgeable in writing programs that focus on core stability. I wholeheartedly believe everything comes from the core. As a certified personal trainer, I follow this belief when working with clients during Online Training and Remote Training as well as in my Private Fitness Studio.

Online Training

Wherever you are a complete beginner or advanced, my Video calling sessions is here to assist no matter where you are in the world. Working 1-1 with clients in my private fitness studio as well as Online training, I decided it was time to help even more people that needs the live 1-1 training and who could not get to my Fitness Studio by offering Online (Video calling) sessions. My Online training will take the guess work out of your workouts as your workouts and form will be monitored and instructed live.
