Working in Physical Therapy at Southern Tier Physical Therapy of Binghamton for 26 years, I quickly specialized in core stability. My forte has always been working with patients who needed core strengthening. I am skilled and knowledgeable in writing programs that focus on core stability. I wholeheartedly believe everything comes from the core. As a certified personal trainer, I follow this belief when coaching clients during Online Training and Remote Training and in my Private Fitness Studio.

Private Fitness Studio

Working out is good for you. It could lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, and diabetes and can help improve your mood and mental health. But if you’re like most people, you don’t always feel motivated to hit the gym. That’s where a private fitness studio can make a big difference.

Remote Personal Training

Francis Fitness offers world-class Remote personal training that is affordable, convenient, and flexible to fit your busy lifestyle. As your Remote trainer, I can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or while traveling away from home.

Online Training

Whether you are a beginner or advanced, my Video calling sessions assist you no matter where you are. Working 1-1 with clients in my private fitness studio and Online training, I decided it was time to help even more people who needed the live 1-1 training and could not get to my Fitness Studio by offering Online (Video calling) sessions. My Online training will take the guesswork out of your workouts as your workouts and form will be monitored and instructed live.
